Some factors include year the property was built, property conditions, square footage, structural and framing, foundation and our client’s individual needs. In some instances we may be higher or lower than the National Average that is based on square footage and limited services. We have developed a fee schedule based on components and the associated cost to inspect and report on each item. Since not all properties are the same, we will provide you with a custom quote to suit your application. In general, the standard property inspections fee for Type II up to 1,300sqft is typically $195.00*.

Your written property inspections report will be released via email within 2-3 business days subsequent to inspection day, excluding weekend and holidays. We encourage you to attend during site inspection; in event, the Inspector has questions in regard some components. However, as a courtesy, the Inspector will walk you through with critical discrepancies prior departure.
The payments for inspection services must be acknowledged day prior to site inspections commence, excluding weekend and holidays. The payment can be made by cashier/certified check, money order (Payable to: Interact Solutions, Inc.) or credit card online (PayPal - Acct #: Support@ISI-Incorp.com). Escrow payments will not be accepted. Additional fees may apply.
